Enasarco, Disposals mmobiliari for 4 and a half billion

Enasarco Foundation, the pension fund of agents and sales representatives, plans to give the go-operatively to the disposal of its property from patrimionio from next September. It is about 18 000 dwellings (17,000 in Rome, a thousand in Milan), which aims to collect "some 4.5 billion euro (the value is 3 billion in the budget)."
The Boca Brunetto said the Chairman, on the sidelines of a hearing in the House Labor Committee. The basis of the sale of assets real estate, it was stressed, "management difficulties and the low yield is around 1% 'together with the objective of" investing in stable value and higher profitability, "as the Foundation has done for the Galleria Alberto Sordi in Rome. The plan includes direct sales to tenants, along with other protections such as the extension of the right of first refusal to the fourth degree relatives, greater access to mortgages and the renewal of contracts for a period of at least eight years, agreed to the fees for elderly and economically disadvantaged groups. As regards, however, the commercial capital, "the road - has been added - has not yet been well defined." (ANSA).
